- 85g watercress
- 50g fresh parsley
- 50g walnuts
- 150ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Chop the watercress and parsley with a herb mill and pulse the walnuts in a blender until finely chopped. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and season well.
